Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Cream butter until soft. Mix in brown sugar until smooth.
Add egg and vanilla, beat until smooth. Mix together flour, Sugar Twin®, baking soda, salt, and
cocoa powder. Beat together butter mixture and flour mixture until a stiff batter forms, add
chocolate chips. Lightly grease cookie sheets. Form cookies with a small spoon and place on cookie
sheets about 2" (5cm) apart. Bake for 8-10 minutes, do not over-bake. Cookies should be firm around
the edges and bottom, and soft in the middle. Let cool slightly before removing to racks.
